Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During new product launches, limited drops, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

International

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Customs & Import Duties

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

HILT cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update it.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is their responsibility.

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll work with the courier to help resolve the issue.

Split Shipments

In rare cases, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
